If you are a new or current minority or woman-owned supplier that has not yet registered with MillerCoors, please Click here. Registration into this database does not guarantee business with MillerCoors. For helpful instructions on completing the registration, please click the link on the right called ‘Registration Steps’.

 Tier II Reporting

MillerCoors is focused on strengthening our second-tier Supplier Diversity Program and ask that you, as a first-tier prime supplier, join us in this economic development initiative by meeting mutually agreed upon minority or women-spend goals.

If you have been asked to report your diversity spend into the MillerCoors Tier II reporting system, please login to the left to begin the reporting process. You will need the User Name and Password which was sent to you via email by CVM Solutions. If you need to access the Tier II reporting system but haven't been provided a User Name and Password, please send an email requesting access to: millercoorssupport@cvmsolutions.com.

MillerCoors is focused on strengthening our second-tier Supplier Diversity Program. Tier II or 2nd Tier spending consists of payments made to minority or non-ethnic women owned businesses for the purchase of goods and services, used directly or indirectly, in support of a majority supplier, which in this case is MillerCoors. As a first time supplier, please join us in this economic development initiative by meeting mutually agreed upon minority or women-spend goals.

 Reporting Instructions/Reminders
Report your MWBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) spending for the quarter that has just ended. Typically, the reporting period will begin on the first business day after the end of each quarter. You will have approximately four weeks to report your MWBE spending.
Keep in mind that any indirect spending you have with MWBE suppliers will be reported by ethnic /diversity categories and you will be reporting any direct spend by specific diverse suppliers.
Remember to include any MWBE spending your company does in Puerto Rico.
A job aid and additional reporting instructions can be accessed once you have logged into the system.
Definitions

Minority-and-Women-Owned Business Enterprises Definitions: For purposes of this program, MillerCoors considers a minority or woman-owned enterprise that meets the following:

A minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) or women-owned business enterprise (WBE), is a for-profit enterprise, regardless of size, physically located in the United States or its trust territories, which is owned, operated and controlled by a minority or woman.

The company is at least 51% owned and operated by a United States citizen who is a member of one of the following groups:

Minority Group Member: An individual who is at least one-quarter or 25% minimum of the following ethnic classification shall be recognized as a minority member of that group.

African American A U.S. citizen having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.
Asian-Indian A U.S. citizen whose origins are from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.
Asian-Pacific A U.S. citizen whose origins are from Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Trust Territories of the Pacific or the Northern Marianas.
Hispanic American A U.S. citizen of true-born Hispanic heritage, from any of the Spanish-speaking areas of the following regions: Mexico, Central America, south America and the Caribbean Basin only. Brazilians shall be listed under Hispanic designation for review and certification purposes.
Native American A person who is an American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut or Native Hawaiian, and regarded as such by the community of which that person claims to be a part. Native Americans must be documented members of a North American tribe, band or otherwise organized group of native people who are indigenous to the continental United States and proof can be provided through a Native American Blood Degree Certificate (i.e., tribal registry, letter, or tribal roll register number).
Women (non ethnic) A U.S. female citizen who is not a member of any of the previously described minority classifications.
